What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order starts at $100. We keep it low so you only have to buy what your business needs.
Do you offer any additonal pricing incentives?
Absolutely! Every month we often offer discounts on items or a percent discount off your order. Check out the main page to see our current specials. Or if you have a very large order that needs special consideration please give us a call at 877-286-1138 to see if you qualify for any additional discounts.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to destinations in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. However, if you are reselling the product then you will be sales tax exempt.
What are your business hours?
9 AM to 6 PM central time.
What are my shipping options?
FedEx Express and Ground. If you want us to ship on your account number just let us know when you place your order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge you exactly what FedEx charges us. Unlike most of our competitors, we don't use shipping as a source of profit. Shipping charges are already enough as it is!
How quickly do you ship?
In most cases we ship every order within 24 hours.

We are located in Plano, Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not allow international orders via the website, but feel free to send us an e-mail (service@luckyscrubs.com) and we can work something out for you.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Also, we accept Google Checkout and Paypal. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
