Shipping:
All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your online order through our website. Phone and Fax orders will receive confirmation either through fax, email, or phone within a 24 hour period.

Order Cancellation or Modification
Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, so please let us know as quick as possible if you would like to make a change.

Returns:
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee without exception within a 7 day period. Please be sure to call or e-mail us to receive a return authorization.

Return Policy
-We will accept all returns confirmed up to 7 days from when the merchandise is shipped.
-Returned items must be like new and unwashed with the garment and manufacturer tags still attached. If the item has been washed or is missing the tags we will be unable to issue you a refund.
-Shipping charges or fees from the shipping carriers or credit card processing companies are not refundable.
-In the case of returning an order with free shipping, the customer will then be responsible for the outbound shipping charges.
-You will be responsible for the shipping fees for a return item.
-Closeout and special orders are not returnable.

To make a return or an exchange just follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Send an email to service@luckyscrubs.com or call us at (877) 286-1138. Be sure to provide your order number, the item(s) which you are returning, the item(s) you want in exchange, your e-mail address, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond to your email or phone call as quickly as possible confirming your request with further instructions. At this time, we will provide a confirmation e-mail for your return.
  3. Please pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to prevent damage in transit and include the email confirmation (step 2) in the package.
